Customer Support Operator

The Company

FxPro Financial Services Ltd is a leading provider of foreign exchange trading services. Due to the expansion of our services we seek to recruit a Customer Support Operator who can add value to the existing team.

Job Description

The Customer Support Operator, who will be reporting to the Customer Support Manager, will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. Provide technical support by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems and resolving customer complaints.

The Customer Support Operator will be responsible to:

  • Delivers service and support to customers through live chats, emails and phone calls
  • Provides answers to customers by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding customer through corrective steps
  • Handles and resolves customer complaints
  • Provides information to customers in regards to Company’s services and products
  • Provides quality service and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to System/technical troubleshooting, Login/Account issues, Accounting (deposits and withdrawals) and overall trading enquiries
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
  • Inform customer about internal regulations and procedures of the Company
  • Forwards any issues or requests to the Head of Customer Support and/or the appropriate department. Follow up on the progress of the response to the customer
  • Educates the customer where applicable
  • Performs Back Office and Clients Accounting Department duties during night/evening shifts
  • Updates Customer records when necessary
  • Collects customer feedback and follows up e.g. requests for new products and services
  • Provides feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Key Attributes

  • University / College graduate in Economics, Finance or equivalent
  • Relevant Experience in the Forex Industry would be considered as an advantage (CFD Market and the risks involved, AML and KYC procedures)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and have the ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously to successfully meet tight deadlines.

Employment Status

Full-time, the successful candidate will be working on three weekly rotation shifts which are: 08:00-16:00, 16:00-00:00, and 00:00-08:00
